Kate’s vegetarian-friendly farm operates with her military-style precision and organisation, a true love for her animals, and a real passion for sustainable farming and building an environment for all life on her farm.

Kate ensured that she maintains the highest quality product by installing an industrial kitchen on her property where she handmakes and packages all her products. Seeing how her geese, goats, chickens, sheep, and dogs were so protective of her as we made our way around her farm was amazing. It's best to think of these animals as additional farmhands, as they all play an integral role in controlling weeds, pest insects and help regenerate the soil. At Baupal Park Farm, animals live their full lives, and even the goats have their own playpen.‍ Kate took over Baupal Park Farm, which was neglected and damaged by years of pesticide use. It has been almost 4 years since she took over the farm and has eliminated the need for spraying different types of pesticides and improved the health of her macadamia trees by opting for natural management solutions. Kate’s natural way of building nutrients in her soil and managing pests means that the produce from her farm is nutrient-dense, chemical-free, and better for your health and our environment.‍
